Fourth sermon on our series on Revival and Reform.
Reformation is “a radical reorganization and change of our underlying assumptions, ideas, theories, habits and practices resulting in a visible change towards godliness; it’s not just a jump start to the engine – it’s a whole new car.”
Revival is “an extraordinary movement of the Holy Spirit that touches a Christian community who have become spiritually dead and lethargic through a time of repentance and reuniting with God, reviving those elements of the Christian life that God intended to be normal for His Church.”
Revival & Reformation complement one another as the lives of those renewed by the Spirit’s power are reformed to Christ’s character.
